MESOB offers only the finest in quality Lamb, Prime Beef, tender Chicken, fresh Vegetables and Seafood, and freshly baked Injera (traditional Ethiopian bread). All dishes are traditionally prepared with the freshest ingredients. We believe you’ll taste the difference, and hope you enjoy your dining experience.


Mesob also offers gluten-free options with its Injera (please give us at least 4 hours notice) and with some of its desserts.

KAY WET Finely chopped prime beef sautéed in Ethiopian clarified butter and simmered in a spicy sauce.


MINCHET ABISH ALICHA

Finely chopped prime beef sautéed in Ethiopian clarified butter and simmered in a mild sauce.


KITFO Prime beef tartar seasoned with Ethiopian clarified butter & Ethiopian chili powder. (can be served raw, lightly sautéed or cooked). *For the authentic Ethiopian taste of kitfo, this dish is best-eaten “tiray”(raw). Otherwise, you can have it prepared “lebleb” style, in which it is very briefly and very lightly sautéed.


BOZENA SHIRO

Cubed prime beef simmered in shiro. (Spicy pureed yellow split peas & chickpeas)
